A day in the life: 30-30 Plan update

    Way to go - Heath! Steve and I are starting running and studying as well. We are doing couch potato to 5K in 9 weeks. So we started this week with 5 minute brisk walk, then jog 1 minute, walk a minute & half, jog a minute (you repeat the jog - walk cycle for 20 minutes)... We move on to more jog and less walk next week. We shall see.

    My Beth Moore Bible study also takes a little more than 30 minutes a day (5 days a week). Help keep me accountable - love the 30-30 plan
